Toluene market opened flatly with prevailing offers at Yuan 4,450-4,500/mt in Jiangsu of E-China in the morning. Crude continued sliding with most participants observed on the sideline closely. Xylene was largely offered at Yuan 4,500-4,600/mt with lower negotiations.
